Faith, family, love.
Meet Christine – writer, singer, composer, teacher, mom.
So many words to describe who I am, or who I think I am! And the truth is, I am still trying to figure it all out!
I am pretty much a life-long Texas girl who, in partnership with my husband, has raised four boys in this great state. I received my BS in Mental Health from Franciscan University of Steubenville and my MTS from the JPII Institute for Studies on Marriage and Family. I have worked as a Coordinator of Religious Education, preschool music teacher, children’s choir director, author, and church singer. I love to write, compose music, read, and snuggle with my two cats in my spare time.
Most of the writing I have done was 10-15 years ago. Some of it was even published (online and print). It was great, but I felt the need to put it all aside in order to focus on raising my kiddos. We homeschool, and as any homeschooler will tell you, that is a full-time job! Now my older three boys are all legal adults (will they ever be “grown up?” Probably not the this mama!), I am left with the youngest, who is now 12. I suddenly have more time on my hands, and I felt the call to return to writing once again. Thank you for sharing this journey with me!
